Summary

Provides for the Federal payment of State unemployment compensation benefits which are attributable to services performed by employees of State or local governments. States that the Federal share of any unemployment compensation benefit paid by the State shall be 100 percent of any regular compensation which is not sharable and 50 percent of that which is sharable. Authorizes the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary to carry out this Act.
