Summary
Provides that no person engaged in commerce in the business of refining petroleum into gasoline and furnishing gasoline to retail distributors for sale to the public shall fail to furnish gasoline to any independent retail distributors (including cooperative associations) who purchased gasoline from such person during the period from July 1, 1971, to June 30, 1972, as long as such person continues to furnish gasoline to other retail distributors which are wholly owned, controlled, or operated under a franchise granted by him.
