Summary
Provides that if Federal employee health insurance contract benefits include a service which is provided by licensed practitioners, that the Federal employee beneficiary, annuitant, or family member covered by such contract is free to select the health profession practitioner of his choice and have direct access to the practitioner, without supervision or referral by another health practitioner. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8902).
