Summary

Provides that, in determining the annual income of any individual for veterans' pension and compensation purposes, the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs shall disregard any increase in benefits under title II of the Social Security Act (Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) brought about by Public Law 92-336 to which a veteran might be entitled, or any subsequent cost-of-living increase in such benefits occurring pursuant to the Social Security Act.
