Summary

Imposes a penalty of not more than $5,000 and or imprisonment for not more than 20 years on anyone who robs any pharmacy of any controlled substance. Provides a penalty of not more than $10,000 and/or imprisonment for not more than 25 years for anyone who in committing or attempting to commit any such robbery assaults any person, or puts in jeopardy the life of any person by the use of dangerous weapon. Provides a penalty of imprisonment for not less than 10 years for anyone who in committing or attempting to commit any such robbery kills any person. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 2118)
