Summary
Authorizes the Sisseton and Wahpeton Sioux Tribe of the Lake Traverse Reservation to consolidate its landholdings in North Dakota and South Dakota. Provides that all lands acquired by the Tribe under the authority of the Act shall be exempt from State and local taxation. Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to take action necessary to carry out the purposes of the Act.
