Summary
Alcoholic Beverage Advertising Study Act - Directs the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms of the Department of the Treasury to study the extent to which the advertising and promotion of alcoholic beverages encourages alcohol consumption and the extent to which other forms of public information can neutralize or reduce such adverse effects. Directs the Bureau to report to the Congress within one year after the enactment of this Act on such study as well as on findings by other Federal agencies on the effects of alcohol consumption on health.
