Summary
Amends the Commodity Exchange Act to expand the present Congressional oversight of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Requires the Commission to furnish specified items of information, including any information about its own investigations and activities, to any subcommittee as well as to any committee of either House of Congress, or to the chairman of any committee or subcommittee, acting within the scope of the jurisdiction of such committee or subcommittee.
