Summary

Small Business Crime Insurance Act - Provides that the Associate Administrator for Insurance of the Small Business Administration shall make available to small business concerns insurance policies insuring losses resulting from criminal acts to the extent that such insurance is not available from other sources on reasonable terms. Provides that the Treasury Department shall loan $50,000,000 as initial capital to create a revolving fund to issue the insurance. Limits the total borrowings from the Treasury to $100,000,000.
