Summary
Authorizes the payment of a civil service annuity to the handicapped children of Federal employees and Members of Congress entitled to receive a retirement annuity if the handicapped child is unmarried, over the age of 18 years, and is incapable of self-support due to a disability incurred prior to age 18. Sets forth the rate of such annuity. Provides for the termination of the annuity if the child becomes capable of self-support, dies, or marries. (Adds 5 U.S.C. 8341A amends 5 U.S.C. 8341(a)(b))
