Summary
Revitalizing Multilateral Export Control Diplomacy for Critical Technologies Act This bill requires the President to develop unified export control policies to eliminate or reduce the global availability of certain critical technologies to U.S. arms embargoed countries, and it establishes the Critical Technology Export Control Fund to support the development of these policies in coordination with U.S. allies and partners. Further, the bill requires the Department of Commerce to take specified actions related to reducing the reliance of the global semiconductor supply chain on U.S. arms embargoed countries.
