Summary
Requires the Comptroller General to conduct each year an audit of the financial transactions and accounts relating to the conduct of official business of 44 Members of the House of Representatives. Requires such an audit to be conducted whenever requested by the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct of the House of Representatives. States that information necessary to complete such an investigation shall be provided to the Comptroller General by the subject of the investigation.
