Summary
Recognizes and declares the eligibility of the Pascua Yaqui Indian people who are members of the Pascua Yaqui Association, Incorporated for the services and assistance provided to Indians because of their status as Indians by any department, agency, or instrumentality of the United States. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to hold certain lands in trust for the Pascua Yaqui Indians upon request by the Pascua Yaqui Association, Incorporated.
