Summary
Amends the Bankruptcy Act to allow for the discharge in bankruptcy of debts that are specified educational loans unless such debts are those not affected by such discharge (such as those obtained under false pretenses, fraud, or embezzlement; secured in a contract of employment; and designated as alimony, maintenance, or support payments) under the provisions of this Act.
