Summary
Extends authorizations for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting in the amounts of $55,000,000 for fiscal year 1974, and $65,000,000 for fiscal year 1975. Authorizes for construction grants for noncommercial educational television and radio broadcasting facilities $25,000,000 for fiscal years 1974-1977. Requires that broadcast stations receiving assistance under this Act shall keep for sixty days an audio recording of each broadcast in which issues of public importance are discussed.
