Summary
Increases the rates of incentive pay for the performance of hazardous duty by members of the uniformed services in specified pay grades and for warrant officers. Increases incentive pay for qualified enlisted members and submarine and undersea exploration crew members. Provides that officers entitled to incentive pay on the day before the effective date of this Act are entitled, if otherwise qualified, to monthly incentive pay at specified rates dependent upon the number of years of aviation and active service.
