Summary
Provides that veterans (1) who were discharged or released from active duty on or prior to January 31, 1955; (2) who are eligible for educational assistance or have utilized their entitlement to such assistance; and (3) who need refresher courses due to technological changes in their vocation, unemployment or retraining, are eligible for up to fifteen months of educational assistance for the pursuit of such courses. Authorizes reduced assistance for eligible veterans pursuing such courses on less than a half-time basis. (Adds 38 U.S.C. 1683A)
