Summary

Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to prohibit anyone other than a licensed firearms dealer from shipping or transporting ammunition in interstate or foreign commerce. Requires each licensee to report on sales or other dispositions of 1,000 or more rounds of ammunition (other than .22 caliber rimfire ammunition, shotgun shells, or primers) to the same person during one business day.
