Summary

Uniformed Services Retired and Retainer Pay Equalization Act - Provides that, not withstanding any other provision of law, a member or former member of the uniformed service who is entitled to retired or retainer pay in effect after September 30, 1949, and before October 1, 1974, is entitled to have that pay recomputed under the rates of basic pay in effect on October 1, 1974. Lists provisions for such recomputation.
