Summary

Child Abuse Prevention Act - Prohibits the sexual exploitation of children by making it unlawful to (1) cause or permit a child to be photographed, filmed or recorded engaged in a sexual act prohibited under this Act; (2) photograph, film or record a prohibited sexual act; (3) knowingly transport a film, photograph or sound recording depicting a prohibited sexual act; (4) receive for sale or sell any such film, photograph or sound recording transported in interstate or foreign commerce; or (5) coerce, transport, or cause the transport of any minor in interstate or foreign commerce for immoral purposes.
