Summary
Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to establish a national cemetery at March Air Force Base, California. Requires the Secretary of the Air Force to transfer to the Administrator 680 acres of land for such purpose and to make an additional 562 acres available for expansion of such cemetery. Authorizes the appropriation of $2,150,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.
