A bill to provide for salary deposits by the Clerk of the House of Representatives in financial organizations.

Summary

Authorizes the Clerk of the House of Representatives, upon the written request of any individual whose pay is disbursed by the Clerk, to disburse such pay by sending a check to a financial organization designated by such individual and drawn in favor of such organization and by specifying the individual to whose account (including an account providing for the purchase of shares) the payment is to be credited.
