Summary

Authorizes the President to furnish to Turkey defense articles and services for which contracts were signed on or before February 5, 1975, under the Foreign Military Sales Act. Requests the President to determine the needs of Greece for economic and military assistance through discussions with such Government. Directs the President to submit to the Speaker of the House, and to the Foreign Relations and Appropriation Committees of the Senate, a report on discussions conducted under this Act, together with recommendations for assistance to Greece for fiscal year 1976.
