Summary

Federal Advisory Committee Act Amendments--Expands the applicability of the Federal Advisory Committee Act to advisory bodies created by specified agencies. Requires the President to maintain a list of all Federal advisory body members and their business affiliations. Requires that charters and reports filed by such a body be made available to the public. Requires notice of advisory body meetings, including closed meetings, to be published in the Federal Register. Permits any person to challenge the appropriateness of closing any meeting. Requires such bodies to report the receipt and disposition of any nonappropriated funds. Provides for judicial and administrative enforcement of the Act.
