Summary
Provides that: (1) the Federal share payable to repair the Herbert C. Bonner Bridge, North Carolina, shall be 100 percent for costs incurred in the 180-day period beginning on October 26, 1990; and (2) allocations for emergency relief to repair the bridge for damages incurred on such date shall be excluded when making the determination of amounts to be allocated among the States under Federal-aid highway provisions.
