Summary
Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to pay supplemental pension payments to disabled veterans who are permanently housebound but do not qualify for specified aid and attendance payments, or who are 75 years of age or older, and do not qualify for such aid and attendance payments. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 521)
