Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021 This bill repeals the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2021. It also provides continuing FY2021 appropriations through January 11, 2021, for the programs and activities that are funded in the act. The continuing appropriations would fund most of these programs and activities at the FY2020 levels.
