Summary

Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide for the reimbursement of veterans for costs incurred by them for flight school course work for private pilot licenses under conditions of eligibility set forth in this Act. Sets limits on the amount of such reimbursement. Prohibits any such reimbursement for flight training taken at schools not meeting the standards of the Federal Aviation Agency. (Adds 38 U.S.C. 1677(c))
