Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire lands and interests in lands in specified areas of Nebraska and to establish the Trails West National Historical Park in Nebraska once sufficient lands have been acquired. Provides for the administration of Scott's Bluff National Monument as a unit of the park. Creates a Trails West National Historical Park Advisory Commission. Terminates such Commission ten years after the date the historical park is established. Authorizes appropriations to carry out the provisions of this Act.
