Summary

Provides that whoever being the Attorney General of the United States, the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, or the Commissioner of Internal Revenue participates in partisan politics shall be fined $10,000 and imprisoned 10 years. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 614)
