Summary
Pell Grant Math and Science Incentive Act of 2001- Amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to establish a program of Math and Science Pell Supplements. Authorizes the Secretary of Education to award first-year undergraduate scholarships to students who: (1) have demonstrated proficiency in mathematics and science courses before graduating from high school; and (2) are eligible to receive a Federal Pell Grant for the year in which such scholarship is awarded.
