Summary
Tele-Care Act of 2011 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to provide for coverage under Medicare part B (Supplemental Medical Insurance Benefits) of unscheduled physician telephone services by a licensed health care practitioner, subject to certain requirements. Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to establish a demonstration program to test the effectiveness of such coverage.
