Summary
Stipulates that any portion of any annuity received by any veteran under the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 which is directly attributable to the spouse or child of such veteran shall be disregarded for the purpose of determining annual income for the payment of veterans' pensions. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 521)
