Summary
States that the aggregate amount of compensation paid to persons employed by a former President during the first 30-month period during which such former President is entitled to staff assistance shall not exceed $150,000 per year. Authorizes adjustments in the aggregate amount of such salaries in proportion to any adjustment in rates of pay under the General Schedule.
