Summary

Amends the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 to permit persons to bring actions in Federal court without regard to whether State proceedings have been commenced. Applies to age discrimination actions brought with respect to Federal Government employment the current stipulation governing nongovernmental actions that a person is entitled to a trial by jury of any issue of fact, regardless of whether equitable relief is also sought.
