Summary
No Hands Bridge Restoration Act of 1997 - Authorizes appropriations for the stabilization and repair of damages to the Mountain Quarries Railroad Bridge (commonly known as No Hands Bridge) caused by heavy rains and flooding in California in December 1996 and January 1997. Declares that nothing in this Act or any future use or designation of such bridge shall preclude the future development of the Auburn Dam Project.
