Summary
Commission to Investigate Federal Involvement With the Immigration of Nazi Collaborators Act - Establishes the Commission to Investigate Federal Involvement With the Immigration of Nazi Collaborators. Requires the Commission to determine the extent to which Federal intelligence to determine the extent to which Federal intelligence agencies used deception or violated laws in bringing Nazi war criminals and Axis collaborators into the United States. Requires a report to the Congress and terminates the Commission after such report has been filed. Authorizes appropriations.
