Summary
Stipulates that the annuity of a Federal employee retiring with at least five years but less than 20 years of service as a law enforcement officer or firefighter, or any combination thereof, shall be computed by multiplying 2 1/2 percent of such employee's average pay by the years of service as a law enforcement officer or firefighter.
