Summary
Provides that any individual who, for the month of September 1972, was determined to be eligible for medical assistance under a State plan approved under title XIX medicaid of the Social Security Act and who for such month was entitled to monthly insurance benefits under title II (Old-Age, Survivors' and Disability Insurance) of such Act shall be deemed to be eligible for such assistance for any month thereafter if and to the same extent as such individual would have been eligible for such month had the increase in monthly insurance benefits under title II of such Act resulting from the enactment of the 20 percent increase in title II benefits under Public Law 92-336 not be applicable to such individual.
