Summary

Provides that a National Guard technician who is (1) employed for 10 or more years in a position which requires, as a condition of employment, National Guard membership; (2) who is involuntarily separated under honorable conditions and (3) who meets Civil Service Commission physical standards; shall be retained in technician employment by the adjunct general of the jurisdiction concerned. States that no National Guard technician may be required to wear a military uniform while performing technician duties.
