Summary

States that, within 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Federal Communications Commission shall by rule prohibit any person from entering into any agreement which provides for broadcasting of any collegiate or professional football, baseball, basketball, or hockey game, unless such agreement permits the broadcast of such game in the area in which the game is played if the game is sold out. (Adds 47 U.S.C. 307(f))
