Summary
Major League Sports Community Protection Act of 1985 - Prohibits any person or State from suing under the Clayton Act for any injury resulting from the enforcement of a professional sports league rule which: (1) authorizes league members to bar a member club from relocating; (2) provides for the division of league or member club revenues; or (3) establishes a procedure or standard for the selection or termination of member club ownership. Declares that such prohibition shall not apply to any suit brought by a professional sports league.
