Summary
Federal Reserve System Public Information Act - Amends the Federal Reserve Act to require that Federal Reserve banks keep verbatim transcripts of all meetings of their boards of directors. Requires such transcripts be delivered to Congress without deletion. States that the transcripts shall also be released to the general public with specified deletions permitted.
