Summary
Federal Hazardous Substance Act Amendments - Provides for defining the terms "extremely flammable", "flammable" and "combustible" for purposes of the Federal Hazardous Substance Act. Gives the Interstate Commerce Commission responsibility for formulating regulations defining such terms. Directs the Commission, in establishing test methods, to consider the existing definitions and test methods of other Federal agencies.
