Summary

Revises the Communications Act of 1934 to permit a commissioner or employee of the Federal Communications Commission to have a financial interest in broadcasting or communications concerns as specified in this Act on the condition that such commissioner or employee disclose such interest to the Government official responsible for his appointment, and receive from such official a written determination that such interest is not so substantial as to interfere with the integrity of the services which the commissioner or employee may perform.
