Summary
Vests in the United States all right, title, and interest in real property located within the boundaries of the Big Thicket National Preserve in Texas, with the exception of property owned by the State of Texas or its political subdivisions. Requires that just compensation be paid to any owners whose property is taken under this Act. States that payment shall be made from the Land and Water Conservation Fund. Grants the appropriate district court of the United States jurisdiction to hear evidence and determine just compensation for any lands taken pursuant to this Act.
