Summary
South African Trade Limitation Act - Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to prohibit the importation of articles manufactured or produced by labor whose wages are differentiated on the basis of race. Repeals the exemption on goods which are not mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States and which are imported from countries utilizing convict labor or such wage discrimination, unless such goods are required in the interests of national security.
