Summary
Makes eligible for veterans' educational assistance any person who served before January 1, 1977, as a cadet or midshipman at one of the service academies, and as a result of such service served on active duty for more than 180 days, any part of which commenced within 12 months after January 1, 1977, and was discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable.
