A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to require that the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs pay the travel expenses of, or mileage allowance to, persons traveling to and from Veterans' Administration facilities for certain purposes and that the mileage allowance shall in no event be less than that paid to employees of the Federal Government traveling on official business.
