Summary
Authorizes the enlistment of persons of both sexes into the branches of the Armed Services. Provides that the Secretary of each military department shall take such action as may be necessary to insure that no discrimination on the basis of sex is practiced with respect to testing, evaluation, assignment, or promotions. (Amends 10 U.S.C. 505)
